All disputes must be filed through Paypal or Google by logging into your account. Payment can be accepted without a Google account through the standard checkout process. You can check shipping updates, communicated with the seller and mask your identity through Google Checkout. All sales can be reversed or changed unless otherwise stated in the product details or is a clearance item. All clearance items are sold without warrant of exchange or return. The buyer has 30 days from time of receipt of delivery to return the items. All items returned within thirty days but after seven days will incur a 15% restocking fee. All international orders will incur a 20% restocking fee after shipping costs and inspection of item. Any fees incurred due to customs charges will also be applied to the amount being charged back.
