<p>We offer a return policy of 7 days from the time of your purchase if you change your mind or 30 days in total minus fees. The buyer has 30 days from time of receipt of delivery to return the items. <strong>All items returned within thirty days but after seven days will incur a 15% restocking fee</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>All international orders</strong> will incur a 20% restocking fee after shipping costs and inspection of item. Any fees incurred due to customs charges will also be applied to the amount being charged back.</p>
<p>All sales can be reversed or changed unless otherwise stated in the product details or is a clearance item. All clearance items are sold without warrant of exchange or return.</p>
<p>We only ask that you tell us why you are returning or exchanging your items so that we may better serve you in the future.</p>
<p>We require all returns to be in their original condition or holder. All graded coins must be in their sonically sealed holder. All raw coins must be delivered in their original packaging for inspection upon receipt of return or exchange. Any damaged or coin not in original state will not be accepted for return unless damaged in transit, in which case an insurance claim will be filed.</p>
<p>If requesting an exchange or return, you must first contact Mark Host Coins to initiate a return ticket for return shipping to our office. Once a ticket has been opened for return shipping, you must ship coin(s) within 3 business days to our mailing address.</p>
<p>Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase and can be made for any coin of lesser value at the time of exchange, not at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change on a daily basis and therefore, current prices can be used.</p>
<h3>Warranty</h3>
<p>Prices are subject to change on a daily basis. All warranties are given by third party grading service in which coin is encapsulated. Any dispute over coin must be taken to said service for verification. <span class="caps">PCGS</span> and <span class="caps">NGC</span> guarantee the validity of coins in their holder, any question to this must be taken up with them. These services will refund your money for the value of the holders label if coin is not genuine.</p>
<p>All raw coins are guaranteed no warranty except of a <strong>30 day return policy</strong>. Raw coins are high quality in nature and subject to change in appearance over time due to their exposure to the environment. Any changes in transit are not the fault of Mark Host Coins. All raw coins are inspected for delivery of any major flaws, changes from time of shipment are not the fault of Mark Host Coins. Changes of a coins appearance while in possession of customer is the responsibility of that who has the coin in possession.</p>
<p>The only warranty Mark Host Coins provides for raw coins beyond the 30 day return policy is an <strong>exchange of goods of equal or lesser value</strong> in lieu of any refund or return. This must first be negotiated between said buyer and Mark Host Coins as all coins are unique and values of precious metals tend to fluctuate.</p>
